What we collect
When you paste a LinkedIn profile into TurnPage, we process that text to generate a book recommendation and a handwritten note. For signed-in users, we store your profile data, order history, and account details. For visitors using the demo, the profile text is processed in real time and is not retained after the session ends.
How we use it
LinkedIn profile text is sent to Anthropic’s API to analyse interests and choose a relevant book from our curated catalogue. We do not use this data for any other purpose — no marketing, no profiling, no sale to third parties.
AI and model training
Anthropic’s commercial API does not use your inputs or outputs to train its models. This is a strict contractual guarantee separate from consumer-facing products. Your prospect data is never fed back into a model, and never used to improve general-purpose AI systems.
Retention
Demo previews are limited to three per session and are not stored. Signed-in users’ data is kept for as long as the account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure.
